This is going to help make your teeth stronger. You also want to get a rinse for home, so you are getting the fluoride you need every single day.
Whitening
If you are worried that your white filling is going to whiter than the rest of your natural teeth, have the teeth whitened so they match. This is going to help the filling blend in with the teeth, so the smile looks natural and you achieve the discrete look that you were hoping for.
As you get older it's more difficult for your body to absorb calcium, which will make your teeth strong. Make sure that you are caring for your teeth by brushing and flossing every day, and by rinsing and using the right products.
